He's a flapjack octopus!
He's not one to stand out in a crowd. He rarely draws attention to himself in class. But he has fun, and he's good to know, so you might like to meet him. And perhaps you'll have something in common with him - are you also a shy one?
Colourful and charming illustrations with lots to look at on each page, this lovely and unusual story of the sea bed provides a gentle opportunity to explore friendship and shyness, and starting school.
And if you're interested, yes, there really is such a thing as the flapjack octopus!
