My review:

A father and son get on a train together and plug in some music. It should be a straightforward trip across the city, but do they know where they will end up?

Music can transport us to different times and places. It can change our mood and help us to see things with a fresh perspective. It can introduce us to new people and new worlds.

In this musical train trip we're taken to the beach and the stadium, even outer space. We join a demonstration, dance with a family and listen to an elderly couple play their grand piano.

Full of bold, vibrant, fun illustrations, this is a simple but thought-provoking story from this Brazilian author illustrator, aimed at ages 3-6. This is a beautiful, fresh and stimulating book to inspire and delight. Wonderful!
