My review:

DS George Cross is very much his own man. His team are coming to understand and appreciate his particular character traits and ways of working, and thinking. After all, he has the highest conviction rate in the force.

This time he's called to investigate a murder on a train, discovered at Bath station. A man in a bespoke suit has been found violently killed in the train toilet. His luggage has been stolen. But George quickly establishes that this wasn't some random robbery.

It's an incredible murder mystery set in the world of tailoring, and I loved it! Such a clever premise for the murder, and the conclusion to the book didn't disappoint. Didn't want to put it down and was so sorry when I came to the end. I enjoyed the last book 'The Bookseller' but not as much as this one! Tremendous.
