Tim Dee has worked as a BBC radio producer and has written four books. 

'Landfill' was published in 2018 and explores our relationship with one of the few species that has actively moved towards us in the last 100 years, rather than fly past in the opposite direction. 

Known now for being foragers and thieves, gulls would actually make better pets than cats, Tim argues.
